Understand two way references and how changed evidence affects related plans.
Connections
Evidence excerpts can link to insights, insights to Decision Briefs, and decided pages to roadmap items. All connections work in both directions.
Create a reference
Type @ and search for an object, or drag one from the sidebar. A reference shows its title, status, and latest update without copying the body.
Changed evidence
Editing a source displays Source Updated on referencing pages. Deletion leaves a placeholder and record so the conclusion's history stays visible.
Roadmap effects
Reopened decisions or outdated evidence prompt review of linked roadmap items. Priorities stay unchanged until someone acts.
Permissions
References preserve access boundaries. Members without source access see a title and a Request Access notice. Exports follow the same rules.
