Comments, Replies, and Mentions
Ask questions, respond, and notify relevant people while preserving the page structure.
Comment types
Block comments attach to a paragraph or field. Page discussions support overall judgments. Decision threads focus on a particular disagreement.
Replies
Replies remain within their thread. Resolved threads collapse by default and remain available in the comment panel for viewing and reopening.
Mentions
Mention people who need to act or have particular information. A project or group mention notifies everyone in it.
Editing and deleting
Authors can edit comments, which display an edited marker. Deletion leaves an anonymous placeholder and an administrator audit record.
Writing useful feedback
Quote a specific passage and describe the outcome you are concerned about. A question such as "Would option A conflict with our two week launch constraint?" helps move the decision forward.
