Searching, Saving Favorites, and Archiving Content
Find past decisions and put completed projects away while retaining their context.
Global search
Open search with the keyboard shortcut. Match page titles, content, conclusions, evidence tags, and authors, then filter by project, date, type, and status.
Find past decisions
Select Decided to prioritize conclusions and decision dates. Archived pages remain searchable while you retain access.
Favorites
Favorites help you follow pages without changing other members' structure. Project owners can also pin important pages to the project home for everyone.
Archive and delete
Archived content remains searchable, exportable, and restorable. Deleted content stays in the trash for thirty days. Before deleting evidence cited elsewhere, the system shows the affected content.
Missing content
Check whether you still belong to the project. Administrators also need project access to find restricted pages through search.
