Inviting External Reviewers to a Single Page
Give clients, consultants, or partners controlled viewing and commenting access.
Create a review link
Open sharing and choose Invite Reviewer. Enter an email and select View Only or Can Comment. External reviewers cannot edit the body.
Scope
Reviewers access the current page and explicitly included public attachments. Internal references stay restricted. Create a redacted summary where needed.
Expiry
Links expire after seven days by default and can be shortened or extended. Revoke client material access promptly after the project ends.
Verification
Require an email code if needed. The Team plan can also restrict access to specified domains.
Central management
Administrators review active links, access times, and creators in Security → External Sharing, with bulk revocation available.
Keep secrets, original contracts, and unredacted personal information out of public review pages.
